Extends the popular backward learning materials development process by adding additional steps that ensure that the resulting learning materials are FAIR from both the learners and the trainers/instructional designers perspective. The methodology enables the development of learning materials that are easily reusable partially or as a whole, taking into consideration the granularity of the learning materials. Special attention is given to the provisioning of an instructor kit that contains additional materials that are needed by other trainers or instructional providers to be able to successfully reuse the material such as lesson plans, assessment strategy, activity details etc.
